1. Prepare of french toast, nutmeg.
2. It's 3 of eggs.
3. Prepare 1/3 cup of milk.
4. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
5. You need 8 slice of bread.
6. Prepare 1 tsp of nutmeg.
7. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
8. Prepare 4 tbsp of butter.

Pookie's French Toast instructions

1. Mix in a bowl milk, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla.
2. Beat eggs and add to mixture and stir.
3. Dip each slice into batch in a shallow container ensuring both sides are fully coated.
4. Add 1 tablespoon butter to a skillet with medium flame for two slices each time.
5. Place two slices at a time in the skillet until both sides are golden brown which usually wont take long to get golden.
6. Serve with syrup.
