- You need of apple glaze sauce.
- You need 6 of or more (depending on family size) of your favorite apples i myself love gala or fiji apples.
- You need 1 cup of give or take powdered sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cinnamon.
- You need of French toast.
- It's 12 slice of of bread (i use texas toast best bread for french toast imo).
- Prepare 6 of eggs whisked.
- It's 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1 of cinnamon.
- You need 1 of butter.
- It's of toppings.
- You need 1 of regular pancake syrup (i like the butter flavored kind).
- Prepare 1 of powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- You need 1 of your favorie carmel sauce (i use the smuckers ice cream topping kind).

- For the apple glaze: peel core and dice the apples throw in a pot with water and cinnamon boil apples til done! Drain and add enough powdered sugar to cover apples ( i usually add more cnnamon, i really love cinnamon can ya tell ;-) ).
- For the French toast: you can really use what ever French toast recipe you like its up to you but this is what i do! Take your eggs and whisk them with milk and cinnamon (see there i go with the cinnamon again lol) dip your bread in to the egg/milk mixture let sit for about 15 seconds so the bread soaks up the mix lay out on a prewarmed griddle about low/medium heat repeat til you get like six slices on your griddle you dont want then browned just til they get a wee bit tanned when done take off griddle and spread butter over each slice both sides like a pancake repeat with other six slices (if you have to whisk up some more egg/milk/cinnamon mixture) when done cut each slice in half diagonally lay out on plates with a slotted spoon spoon your apple glaze over your French toast then syrup sift powdered sugar over the syrup then carmel sauce.
