- It's 1 large of banana.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of all natural creamy peanut butter.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of grade A maple syrup.
- You need 1/4 cup of chopped pecans.

- It's 2 pinch of nutmeg.
- It's 2 pinch of cinnamon.

Banana Pecan crepes instructions
- Prepare your basic crepe recipe, make approximately 3 large crepes.
- Heat and stir the peanut butter and maple syrup together.
- Slice the banana about 1/2 in. thick.
- Line the slices inside the crepes and add some chopped pecans.
- Drizzle the mixture on the bananas and pecans and fold the crepes up.
- Sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon on top and put a slice of banana on top of each one.
