- Prepare 1 1/4 cup of water.
- It's 2 tsp of yeast.
- You need 2 tbs of sugar.
- You need 3 1/2 cup of flour.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 4 tbsp of veg oil.
- It's of Sauce.
- It's of Gino tomato paste (whc has onion, pepper,tomatoes mix).
- It's 3 cubes of seasoning.
- It's of Salt (pinch).
- You need 4 of grated garlic.
- You need 1/2 of thumb grated ginger.
- Prepare of Spices (optional).
- It's 3 tbsp of veg. Oil.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cups of water.
- You need of Toppings.
- You need of Sausage.
- You need of Green and red bell peppers.
- Prepare of Onions.
- It's of Grated mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare of Prepared chicken chunks (with garlic, onions, seasoning cubes,ajinomoto... prepare untill cooked with little water).
Home made pizza step by step
- Mix yeast with water the water for few mins... add all dry ingredients.
- Then add the yeast water to the dry ingredients, oil and kneed the though for abt 15-30 mins and kneed to a circle then add to an oily rubbed bowl.
- Cover and leave in a warm place for 30-40mins to rise.
- Chop all ur toppings to required shapes.. set aside.
- For ur sauce: to a heated pan or pot add veg. Oil, garlic, ginger and add ur paste then seasoning, fry for 4mins then add water and allow to cook for another 5mins then turn of the heat.
- Bring the though and spread into a circle add ur sauce, toppings(including chicken chuncks) then ur grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in an oven for 15mins on low heat at the top and medium heat at the buttom.
- Remove and cut into desired shaped.
- Serve hot.
