- Prepare 1 cup of beet root grated.
- Prepare 2 of potatoes boiled.
- You need Few of spring onion chopped.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of Roasted peanuts.

- Wash the beet root. Peel the skin of the beet root. Wash it properly. Cut into cubes. Grind it with green chilli, garlic, ginger coarsely..
- Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Let it crackle. Add grind beet root. Fry for few minutes. Then add all the masala and salt. Saute it for few minutes. At last add roasted peanuts. Mix.....well and cook till the mixture becomes dry..
- Cool it. Make a small ball from the mixture. Make in a cutlet shape. Repeat the same procedure. till the mixture is finished..
- Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlet. Till it becomes brown in colour on both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate.
